Refunds promised after a cancelled flight and never paid. A booking cancelled without notice, vouchers pushed at you instead of your money back, a flexible ticket the agent refuses to apply, and hours on hold before the line drops.
Travel companies count on the trip being over before you get anywhere. Our AI models open a case file and keep coaching you after you file: what to reply to a brush off, when to push again, and how to escalate.
