My complaint:
I was scheduled to travel on 4 November 2022 at 07:00. I forgot my passport in Vodacom shop at a Consultant’s desk. I phoned the emergency line of Travel Centre the night before, 3 November at 19:00 to reschedule my flight to the next day òr to thecl next avaìlable flight. The Consultant said he would phone me in an hour’s time. I waited fòr 2 hours and he never got back to me till I retired. I couldn’t phone again because my airtime was exhausted with the first call. I tried to change the booking on Flysafair website but the system wouldn’t allow me because I had not made the booking. I saw an email from the emergency line Consultant saying that he coukdnt get through to me because i was mot reachable so I needed to go to Flight Centre in the morning. I was hoping to get a rescheduled booking. The Consultant at Flight Centre booked me for the next day and expected me to pay because she said my ticket was treated as a no show at the airport simply because Flight Centre emergency line did not communicate to Flysafair at the airport that I had an emergency and wanted to reschedule to the next available flight. Also the Consultant at the emergency line sent me an email to say that I was not reachable and flights were only available after the 6th and I must go to Flight Centre Office in the morning. The Consultant at Flight Centre booked me for the 5th and was demanding another payment which I didnt have. She claimed that my ticket was treated às a no-show at the airport while I argued that I informed them on time to inform the airport. I lost the argument and then booked for the 6th while I waited for family in Harare to raise money for the ticket. 😢

I would like a refund from Flight Centre or a ticket from Harare to Joburg to offset
