Flight Centre complaint: Request Reimbursement for transport travel that let us down at Phuket International airport

My complaint:

Sent many emails to Flight Centre Cresta . Getting no positive response . gone more than 3 weeks now. We had to hire another transporter to take us to our hotel at Centara Grand.

Suggested solution:

we need to be reimbursed .
Flight No : 4677481.
Scoot Flight No in Phuket : TR652.

No one was at the pick up area. We contacted Discover on the 20 Feb ..said we were not registered on their file for collection. We requested from Flight Centre Cresta a re-imbursement . Consultant Ingrid Coetzee. Cost us to hire another transporter. We waited for over an hour and checked with all travel agents at the pick up area and no record of us. I intend taking legal action for a service that we paid for that was not rendered. Please assist . We were 6 x people on the travel
