Use of personal data

On Complain.biz  you can create a account. You can access your account with the help of your login data. This information is necessary so that we can execute the agreement with you. This includes, for example, maintaining the complaint and approaching the company that sees the complaint for a possible solution. In this profile we save the following data:

  • e-mail address
  • Name and address details
  • phone number
  • username and password
  • content and nature of the complaint
  • data related to the complaint, such as invoice number, customer number and other details that you enter.

Contact Form  

If you fill out the contact form via our website, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form is required for the complete answering and processing thereof. In any case, we will not keep your data for longer than 1 year after we last contacted you.

When filling out a contact form, we ask you for the following information:

  • e-mail address
  • content of your message

The above data will be used to contact you so that we can handle your question and / or comment.

Provision to third parties

We provide your complaint and your personal details to the company that sees your complaint. We do this so that the company can contact you to resolve the complaint. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless you have given permission, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is legally required or possible.

Cookies

Gravatar

An ‘avatar’ is an image that appears next to your name when you post comments on websites. A Gravatar is a worldwide recognized avatar. You upload a photo once in a profile. If you subsequently participate in conversations on participating websties, your Gravatar automatically appears. A Gravatar is automatically enabled for every WordPress.com account and is provided by the Automattic company.

Google Analytics, Google Adsense, Google Adsense Asynchronous and Doubleclick

Through our website, cookies are placed from the American company Google, as part of Google Analytics, Google Adsense, Google Adsense Asynchronous, Doubleclick and the Google+ Platform services. We use these services to get reports about, for example, how visitors use our website, the use of advertisements and the use of the Google search engine. Google’s cookies are deleted after 26 months, AddThis cookies after 13 months,

We have not given Google permission to use the obtained information for other Google services. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. The information is transferred to, and stored on, servers in the United States. Google states to adhere to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Social media buttons

We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
