Use of personal data
When submitting a complaint, we ask you to provide personal information to us. We need this information to execute the agreement with you, namely using our website. The information you enter when you report a complaint will be kept for as long as necessary for the handling of your complaint. When reporting a complaint, we ask you for the following information:

On Complain.biz you can create a profile. You can access your profile with the help of your login data. This information is necessary so that we can execute the agreement with you. - username and password
- content and nature of the complaint

If you fill out the contact form via our website, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form is required for the complete answering and processing thereof. In any case, we will not keep your data for longer than 1 year after we last contacted you.
When filling out a contact form, we ask you for the following information:

The above data will be used to contact you so that we can handle your question and / or comment.
Provision to third parties
We provide your complaint and your personal details to the company that sees your complaint. We do this so that the company can contact you to resolve the complaint. Through our website, cookies are placed from the American company Google, as part of Google Analytics, Google Adsense, Google Adsense Asynchronous, Doubleclick and the Google+ Platform services. Google’s cookies are deleted after 26 months, AddThis cookies after 13 months,

The information they collect is anonymised as much as possible. The information is transferred to and through Twitter, AddThis, Facebook and Google+ stored on servers in the United States. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
Just Premium, Visual Website Optimizer (Wingify)
Cookies and cookies from Just Premium and Wingify are also placed on our website. These cookies are used to gain more insight into the use of our website and to decide which specific advertisements and content are displayed, tailored to the click and surf behavior of a specific visitor.
We have no influence on the use of data by Just Premium, Wingify and / or third parties. For more information, please refer to the privacy statement from Just Premium and from Wingify . Wingify cookies are removed after 12 months.
