My complaint:
Asked for a flight to be booked repeatedly, was given quote, then delayed responses for days resulting in escalated emails. Phone calls were not answered and by the time they responded the flights were increased in price. Tried to continuously escalate- again delays in escalation processes and rude customer service manager. Now left in Europe and unable to get flight centre to unable flight to issue refund
Suggested solution:
Compensation- refunded one way fare that we are having to re purchase
