eDreams complaint: Bad communication and not being able to manage my own account

My complaint:

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against eDreams.

I had a free trial of Prime. A month after, I was charged again.

I tried logging into my account but this hasn’t been possible for over a month now.
The contact options are not great and the website doesn’t work half of the time. I was not able to cancel my subscription.

After trying many times, I was finally able to speak to an employee.

They told me that I had a yearly subscription and I was not able to cancel it.
I asked them to help me at least log in to my account but they didn’t respond anymore.

The customer service is really bad and not being able to log in to your own account, when you want to manage a subscription is not okay. Definitely not when they stop responding when you ask for help.
