My complaint:
I bought some tickets with them and then the airline changed the flights to a time that was suitable for us. We said we wanted the money back, eDreams started the refund after 10 communications where they said we had to contact the airline directly (which makes no sense as I bought the tickets via them). Then they said that the refund was in process and after chasing another 20 times now they say the airline went in bankrupt but it’s not true, you can still book tickets with them. I want my money back now
Suggested solution:
By refunding me what I paid for my tickets which was $202.64 AUD
