eDreams complaint: Cancellation of flight

My complaint:

I accidently hit the cancellation button of my flight under the Manage Booking options. I did not mean to press this button, but the one underneath it. There was no ation of cancelling my flight and when I returned to the main page of my booking, it said that it was 37 steps completed my cancellation when I had not agreed to it.
After this, I was told that there was no way of stopping the cancellation. When you try to search for a customer service number to talk to an agent, the numbers provided are not in service. It says then that it will take 3-6 months to process the refund.
I am absolutely livid with the service and the website and functionality. There should absolutely be a ation button when you choose cancel booking as it has now cost myself and my partner almost another CA$1000 to get another flight.
DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back NOW so that I am not out of pocket for an involuntary cancellation, NOT in 3-6 months times.
Edreams need to have a number where it is possible to reach an agent, they need to have a gateway and steps to a cancellation in case it was an accident, as it was in this case, and they need to have an option to stop a cancellation if it has not been processed yet, as it also was in this case.
