My complaint:

I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my attempt to cancel my membership.

Your application does not allow users to cancel their membership directly, despite indicating that cancellation is possible. As a result, I was forced to spend 36 minutes contacting a customer service agent just to submit a basic cancellation request. This is an unreasonable and deliberately obstructive process.

This experience strongly suggests a deceptive and misleading practice, where customers are intentionally prevented from cancelling easily. Forcing users into long support calls to cancel a service can reasonably be interpreted as a form of consumer manipulation and what is commonly referred to as a “white-caller” scam tactic.

I expect the following actions:

Immediate ation that my membership has been cancelled with no further charges.

Written clarification as to why cancellation is not possible directly via the app.

Assurance that these practices will be reviewed and corrected to prevent further customer harm.

If this matter is not resolved ly, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to consumer protection authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.

Please treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and respond in writing.
