My complaint:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent booking made through KIWI, for a journey from Casablanca to Dubai via Bahrain.
Unfortunately, the handling of this booking caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I was informed very lateof a 7-hour delay, and subsequently notified that the Casablanca–Bahrain flight was cancelled. This information was provided with no reasonable alternative solution offered in a timely manner.
KIWI advised me that I had only two options:
Keep the first flight and independently arrange and pay for a new ticket from Bahrain to Dubai, or
Cancel the itinerary entirely.
As a result, I was forced to cancel the entire trip and purchase new replacement tickets at my own expense in order to reach my destination. This situation was unavoidable and entirely beyond my control.

Communication received from KIWI it’s been ONE MONTH AND A HALF AND THEY DONT DO ANYTHING !!!! I am waiting for my refund !!!!
The additional ticket purchased from Bahrain to Dubai
Given the circumstances, I kindly but firmly request a full refund of the entire trip, including the additional ticket I was compelled to purchase from Bahrain to Dubai.
I trust this matter will be reviewed seriously and resolved ly. I look forward to your response and ation of the refund process.
