My complaint:
I have booked ticket through edreams to Miami where one of the traveller’s surnames has a missing letter (“h”).
I have already contacted you multiple times via email and phone regarding this correction. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. Instead, I am being redirected to the airline (WestJet) and an intermediate travel company, both of whom have clearly ed that only eDreams, as the travel agent, can make this correction.
Despite these ations, I am still waiting for eDreams to resolve this issue. I have registered a complaint with eDreams under Case Number 4244314, but no progress has been made.
This is an urgent matter, and I kindly request that eDreams take immediate action to correct the traveler’s surname as per the process provided by WestJet.

They need to respond and change, also share the correct information that customer should not talk to flight company, edreams should do the change.
