My complaint:
I bought my flight with Jetstar through EDreams, the Flight was canceled and Jetstar refund the money 4 days later, they gave me the Id of the transaction, 4 digits of the card of the original payment and what a surprise when those numbers weren’t my card, edream didn’t know what to answer to my question why the original payment is not my card, why the invoice that they sent doesn’t show the payment method, seemed that they pay with their company cards to get the refunds and then they gave me the excuse that they haven’t been able to reach the airline.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my money
