My complaint:
Hi Flight Hub,
I am writing to express my concern regarding a significant discrepancy in the package price. The current price is CAD 2850.10, which is drastically different from the CAD 2403.63 ed by Kate, the agent who booked my package.
I do not agree with this new fee, as it does not reflect what we discussed over the phone. After our conversation, the price unexpectedly changed to CAD 2703.67, which I contested. Subsequently, it reverted to CAD 2403.63, but now it has increased again without my consent.
This situation feels unjust, as it appears the price can be raised arbitrarily. Will I be subjected to such changes up to the day of departure? This is unacceptable.
I kindly request a full refund of CAD 2850.10.
