My complaint:

In July 2023 I had an Egyptair flight connecting in Cairo and the flight was delayed over 2 hours and missed the British Airways connecting flight. Flighthub after hours trying to get hold of anyone, a representative told me to contact Egyptair at the airport which reassured me they had zero responsibility.
I was left at Cairo airport where officials told me I could not stay there overnight trying to figure out what to do and I HAD TO BUY A TICKET MYSELF WITH MY MONEY Flighthub took zero responsibility. After returning at my own expense they messaged me back and forth telling me that it was British Airways’ responsibility which was another lie of Flighthub. They also made me waste my time with emails back and forth where thye did absolutely nothing. Dare you leaving folks stranded shame on this compnay I have skype and emails validating my claim I need refund on the new ticket purchased hotel and expenses

Suggested solution:

Refund of all expenses paid by me due to their complete negligence
