My complaint:
We are staying at st Margaret bay we have no path to our caravan and have to walk through lots off mud I rang reception and they said there is nothing they can do if they are going to open in the winter they should only be letting caravans that you can get to with out walking through mud it has taken me a hour to clean our shoes and I had to wipe the floor with wet wipes as there is no mop I am very disappointed with all off this as I am disabled
Suggested solution:
We should have been put some were that had a path also give us compensation having to put up with this
