To avoid these issues, we strongly advise customers to carefully document all interactions with travel companies and ABTA, retain copies of all travel agreements, and promptly report any problems. If issues arise, provide comprehensive evidence, including receipts and communication records, and follow up persistently with both the travel company and ABTA.
