My complaint:
I missed the flight due to them not issuing the ticket w the airline. It resulted in my passport stolen. Hotels and extra fees for passport also.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund for the flights missed due to their miss take. A new flight issued to get me where I want to go. And the hotels covered in Dublin and in saudi and the passport fee as a result of their mistake
