A parcel marked delivered that nobody ever saw. Drivers who swear they knocked, packages dumped on a doorstep in the rain, returns that never get collected, and tracking that has not moved in days.
We help you write an effective complaint in minutes. Our AI models are trained on thousands of complaint letters that actually worked. Then it goes out through emails, social media, paper complaint letters and other tools at our disposal, so the parcel courier cannot quietly ignore it.
