My complaint:
Every time that I call a taxi, or even if I reserve one, they won’t send them, or it’s so late that I miss what I needed to do. They give every excuse in the book, and one driver even told me that sometimes they don’t even get the call to pick me up. I am a good customer to the drivers, leaving them large tips, but it is starting to look like they don’t want to pick me up, even though I cause them no trouble. I made a reservation on the 4th and no taxi was sent. I had to ask for a new ride at 7:00 am, it is now 10:00 am and I am still waiting.
Suggested solution:
By being honest about when the taxi will arrive, if it is going to be busy, let us know. They also won't let you talk to anyone when you end up waiting hours for a taxi.
