My complaint:

I had a doctor’s visit a couple of days ago at the clinic. I took the medicine but am feeling not getting any better, even a bit worse, since I started to feel nauseous and co-occur other symptoms. and I tried to connect with Chatcare at 4:30 pm today by following the instructions from the help team, Unfortunately, it did not work. For example, when I chose the location: Oregon, it stopped working. I had to schedule another appointment as I felt awful, exhausted, and nauseous. When I got to the clinic 2695 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton, OR97005, the two staff told me I needed to pay for my visiting; I tried to explain the system Chat care did not work, they had no interest in listening, by repeating pay first .I was feeling awful and sweating a lot, so I went outside and took a deep breath; when I returned, they told me that they had canceled my appointment and told me they would charge the fine for wasting their time. Then I left without treatment. I feel horrible about the experience, feeling like they treated me like shit.

Suggested solution:

I hope the clinic can provide me with a following-up treatment. It had better not be in the clinic I mentioned above as their service is awful. Besides, I hope you do not charge the extra fee from my credit card for treatment failure ($90: paying for wasting your time) since it is unreasonable.
