My complaint:
I have had a couple of free zoom accounts, paid for one of them to have an interrupted meeting, yet it keep interrupting me. Even worse, No one is responding live chat or phone calls. They close the case on the email before discussing it
Suggested solution:
I NEED A PHONE CALL TO DISCUSS WHICH ACCOUNT IS PAID AND GUARANTEE THAT THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED
I confirm that there is no support online when paying a subscription for full features. I receive quite a few emails saying how busy zoom is due to covid. Then half hearted attempts to arrange an appointment (without actually doing so) or simply having my email ignored. During the most critical training over one month, I was unable to receive and open files via zoom, I did not have access to annotation features, plus my interface for break out rooms was different to everyone else’s.
