Zoom complaint: Suspend my account with no explanation and not refund me

My complaint:

I have been using my zoom account for more 2-3 years, never violate any terms, just use it to hold meeting, no violent content at all.
Zoom suddenly suspended my account with no notification, no explanation.
First, it caused me cannot use my service right after I paid them, and I cannot hold scheduled meeting, caused my financial loss;
Second, after trying to contact customer service and appeal multiple times, they never provide any valid reason to suspend my account and no proof at all. I swear never violate the term! They only give one sentence response as the account has been suspended and refuse to refund the money I paid.
Third, this has greatly affected my business and caused my financial loss, the customer service was slow in response and hard to reach, they hold my money, my bank info as well!

Suggested solution:

Provide valid reason and proof of suspending my account, if not, reactivate my account.
I also need refund the money I paid, as I did not get the service I paid for
