My complaint:
I set up a paid account on May 22 for myself and my employer. It hijacked my personal account and upgraded it using my personal email. I tried changing it to my work email but it created a new account. This put me into a mess that I can’t get out of, and my employer can’t log into the account because even though I paid over $300 for two licenses it says we have none. I contacted support and have since then received a number of emails saying they’re too busy to help me. They refuse to call me or give me a way to contact them. I need to speak with a human to fix this. So now they tell me either to contact the billing department, or better yet, just don’t renew. Well, I’ve prepaid for a year and the account is not usable.
Suggested solution:
Call me and fix what needs to be fixed. Publish a number that lets a paying customer get through to a person on the phone.
