My complaint:
The first thing was we waited over thirty minutes on our food. Once we received our food after over 30 minutes of waiting, the food was cold and burnt. I also ordered cookies which was uncooked. I also asked for some seasoning for my fries because there was not any on the fries at all, and their response was we don’t have any. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Zaxby’s. I wouldn’t recommend this Zaxby’s to anyone.
