My complaint:
The cashier was rude and not very well trained. I ordered a salad and had an app reward for free large drink. Had to repeat order several times. I told her I wanted my free large drink, she told me to scan it. No drink on ticket. I asked for a cup and she said I didn’t order a drink. I just left without food or drink and paid $11 for nothing.
