My complaint:
I started working at Zaxby’s in January 2024 I have missed days due to illness I have a note from doctors never missed am I excused day I was put on probation after been wrote up twice for being sick so I was on probation for 60 day probation not to call out or be late. I called bc traffic was backed up to let them no I got stuck and was a couple mins late my shift was at 11 I clocked in at 11:08 3 mins outside the window I worked my shift then she decided to fire me after I worked my shift.
I had problems with managers there only writing certain ppl up other employees was late and never got a right up I feel two managers did not care for me and that I was negated as an employee my hiring manager was fired two weeks ago as well I need an investigation I caught a manager taking pictures nudity/sexy pictures in bathroom to send to crew member very unprofessional I need to know how could they just fire me.
Suggested solution:
They texted each other this morning while I was working the owner told me I been doing great job but owners wife manager. If I was late by 3 mins due to traffic and rd work I want my job back
