My complaint:

I saved up to buy my daughter a jacket for the winter. Paid £59 for the order and £4.95 for next day delivery. I received a pair of trousers instead! Went online to complain and they didn’t believe me. They asked me for photos to prove it. I sent 8 different photos and I was told that all they could do was send a return label. I would wait for that, return the trousers and then wait for the refund that could take up to 10 -14 days. I’m a single parent and I don’t have another £59 to buy another jacket until I get the refund so my daughter now has to go cold and wet for 3 weeks until this is all sorted. I believe they should refund me now so I can buy another jacket elsewhere and they wait for the trousers to be returned.
I will never shop at zara again. We are struggling financially and I don’t have a penny more to spend until I go through this process.

Suggested solution:

Start the refund process now so I get my money back asap and I will definitely return the trousers. Why should I be punished for Zara’s mistake. The customer service is terrible.
