My complaint:

I had a Christmas Order put in to Zara. I tried accessing my return label online, the website wasn’t working. I tried doing it on the app, it kept crashing. I tried calling them, the wait times were atrocious. I called today to see if they could email me a label for my returns and they were so rude on the phone and in the chat. They said too bad you are out of the return window. I asked for a manager, got nothing. I asked for an office number I could call, they didn’t supply anything. I am very upset and can not believe they do not care about their customers. The store location by me is closed for renovations. Please advise as this is very upsetting to me,

Suggested solution:

Getting me a return label for my order so I an return the items I do not need/want.
