My complaint:
I returned parts of an order to zara. I was not refunded for one item that I returned. When contacting customer service, they claim zara did not receive it however I returned all items in one box and I have proof of postage. The item I have not been refunded for I also returned in a different size, which I was refunded for, This has led me to believe that this is a human error at their warehouse where they have mistaken the 2 items in different sizes for one.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me providing I have provided evidence of returning the item. Additionally, I am aware of my consumer rights laid out in the law of a right to a refund when I have evidence of returning an item.
