Zara complaint: Loss of order and refuse to refund

My complaint:

Royal Mail lost the delivery package and Zara will not resolve the problem. Keep being told to wait 48 hours. There was no personal service just standard replys. It’s caused me a lot of stress. I then had someone calling me from Kenya stating they work for Zara asking for personal information and telling me my account has been deactivated. I did not trust this. I can no longer communicate with Zara via what’s app so they must put have put a block on me. I have spoke to someone via chat but still not resolved and told again to wait 48 hours. The goods have been missing for 9 days.Still paid for goods that I have not received.

Suggested solution:

Refund the order amount of the package lost as I have paid for goods that I have not received.
