My complaint:
I ordered a suitcase in October 2022. They gave me the wrong travelling number. They say they will send the parcel bit I am still waiting for the new tracking number. I am emailing them several times a week asking for the tracking number, updates etc. I have requested a refund but they say they will send the tracking number instead. I have asked for their complaints process to no avail.
Suggested solution:
Either send me the suitcases or give me a refund.
