My complaint:

Moved to new location. Was charged 100.00 for technician to come out and connect service. Paid on October 17th with bank bill pay! Bank shows payment being made to Xfinity on October 17th!! Received bill from Xfinity on November 4th for $110.00! Charged a $10.00 late charge! Called bank and they verified payment being sent and my bank account shows it made!! Talked to 5 different people from Xfinity who speak English as a second language and they don’t seem to understand what bank bill pay is!! Kept asking for check number????? No check number with bank bill pay!!! All they could say was they don’t show receiving a payment on October 17th!! Long story short after being transferred four times and explaining the problem each time for two hours paid $110.00 with credit card because was afraid service would be cancelled!

Where did my payment made on October 17th for $100.00 that came out of my checking account to Xfinity go???
