Xfinity complaint: Getting different information and impossible to solve problem

My complaint:

MULTIPLE problems: 1) I had an account for internet in Hollywood FL and it was NOT a promotion (if it was I was never told). I moved after 6 months which I knew I was going to do and Xfinity does NOT service my new address in Coral Springs, FL. When I spoke to a person to cancel I was told my last bill would $18.95 and it turned out I was charged over $220 and I was told today that it was because I got a fee to cancel. I was not told that would happen and I was not in a contract.
I am also being told I am not allowe to reset my password on the account since I no longer have an active account.

Suggested solution:

Refund me the charge of $220 dollars. If I was under contract - then you are under breach of contract because you are unable to fulfill your part by providing me service at my new address. Also, I have never been able to access my online information because I keep getting linked to an old account. Give me the option to enter my account number and create a new log in.
