Xfinity complaint: Fraud, Abuse, Incompitent Customer Service.

My complaint:

This is not about just one incident, it is about the overall capability and Customer Service attitude. Every time I call it takes hours and hours to accomplish 10 minutes’ worth of work. You have faulty phone lines, you have people that can’t understand English or even know how to add up simple math. Every last person I talk to at Xfinity is argumentative and obstinant. I have been told by upper-echelon personnel that I am supposed to be able to ask for an employee ID and get it, but it is seldom that anyone will comply. Even on my last call today the issue was probably solved a month ago, but the agent I was talking to at that time refused to tell me that they fixed the billing problem. Now your people can’t even look up when I filed my latest contrace. THey are off by at least 3 months. It is actually in my favor that they are off, but that is how ignorant they are. I even read the COlorado Atourned Generals press release to the agent and he told me he could not fix the problem and that it wasn’t his problem. I explained that the fine in COlorado could add up to $230 million to $100 million and he just laughed and said I should probably file a complaint with the AGs office. That is how you do business. I have hours and hours of recording form calls to Xfinity and nothing ever changes.

Suggested solution:

Find out why they have had the exact same problem for over 10 years and have done absolutely nothing to rectify it.
