DEar Sits,

I am making this complaint on the advice of BIZ I believe it was called.

There have been various complaints – mostly unresolved but if I can just get my money back from the last propbem as listed below, and the money in my wallet returned yo my bank I shall give up contacting you in disgust. THis all started about 4 years ago when my daughter developed cancer and was unable to use the spar day i purchased for her. I ended up giving her the money and trying to spend the money in the wallet, but most things I purchased turned out to be rubbish. In desperation I purchased a weighted blanket which turned out to be dangerous rubbish where children and pets are concerned, I received this on 22.10.21 and returned it to you via UPS on 24th. I have proof from UPS that it was collected and delivered to you in Bedford. I was told by WHATSAP that I would receive the money back into my bank but of course I have heard nothing. The copy letter below lists the situation. I was interested to read on line how many others have had similar problems with you and assure you that I shall take legal advice if this is not solved very quickly. I do not want vouchers of wallets I would like the entire amount of what I am owed credited into my bank account. Many thanks

Basically I want to get you out of my life. I returned a blanket to you last week, which I would like full credit for paid straight into my bank plus whatever you owe me in wowchers wallet credits. After all the problems you have given me, I do not want any form of credit, I just want my money back. order 39574919

If this is done I will call it quits because I cannot be bothered to deal with you any more. I just want to sever all ties with you and shall be advising others to do the same.
