My complaint:

I emailed the hotel CEO Bru ftce Haase with my complaint, against Loretta very unprofessional behavior. Loretta state she was an assistance manager filling in for the permanent manager. I walked to the counter asking for trash bags, and Loretta refused to give them to me. She stated it would be a 3.00 charge and I told her I have been at this extended stay for well over a month and no one has every informed me of the extra charge. I asked Loretta to let me have the bags this time and I’ll call to check if a fee is allowed. She still refuses to give me the bags and got upset when house keep took my trash and replace the trash liners. Loretta threatened to call Life Path to report the incident.

I called life path and they are aware of the disrespectful way in which the matter was not handle. I was extremely upset. I suffer from anxiety, and panic attack. It took me a while to calm down. Now this situation has created trust issues for me. I want to make sure I’m not over charged and I would like my room to be discounted, due to the emotional damages I have suffered, other issues my room is missing the door to the bathroom and the plate in the microwave is also missing o reported it to the front desk no reply as of yet.

Suggested solution:

Have Loretta apologize and written up for her unprofessional behave toward a long term guest. I would also like a discount on my room and to be assured no one is going to retaliate against me.
