My complaint:

I am filing a complaint against Wise regarding the abrupt closure of my account without any given reason or explanation. This action has caused significant disruption to my financial activities and has left me without access to essential services provided by Wise.

Despite being a loyal and active user of Wise for 3 years, I received no prior notification or warning before my account was terminated. This lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning and has left me feeling unfairly treated and disregarded as a customer.

As a user who has consistently complied with Wise’s terms of service and regulations, I am puzzled and deeply disappointed by this unilateral decision. I have not engaged in any activities that violate Wise’s policies or legal requirements, and I have always conducted my transactions in a lawful and transparent manner.

The closure of my Wise account has not only affected my personal finances but also has had a detrimental impact on my business operations. I heavily rely on Wise for receiving payments from companies and clients, paying suppliers, and managing international transactions related to my business activities.
