Wingstop complaint: Very bad customer service and manager

My complaint:

This Port chester NY branch has worst customer service and Manager is very unprofessional. I am Ubereat driver, this store made so many mistakes on orders and the order wait time unbelievably long always over 30 minutes especially during Superbowl Sunday. One time, they made a mistake on big order, missing one package and customer called to complaint the missing item then the store manager told customer it’s not their mistake its Uber driver left too fast, when I go back to the store to ask for missing package because customer asked me to pick up again but they said they didn’t have it. So why did the manager told customer that I the driver made a mistake when it was their mistake. After I complaint with the manager. This manager became so rude and told me that I am not allowed to pick up order in his store and refuse to give me order. I tried to file complaint at their corp office but no where to go. I believe a lot of drivers out there have same situation just like me with this store. This store manager and employee are very unprofessional on customer service. The company need to take this seriously.
