Wingstop complaint: Unauthorized charges

My complaint:

The customer service was very poor and lifeless. I paid for my order on 9621 with my debit card. The cashier explained that they did not have any pens, nor did she take time to look for one. The cashier took my unsigned receipt, because there were no pens at the counter. I checked my bank account and an additional charge of $2.11 was posted which was not authorized. There is fraudulent activity taking place in this location. Fees are being added after the original purchase. I believe this is the reason I was told that they had no pens at the counter, In order for the cashier to go back and add these fraudulent and unauthorized charges.

Suggested solution:

An investigation in its entirety needs to take place. It is an unfair practice that such an establishment would sign my receipt for additional fees, against a customer’s debit or credit card.

I would like to know that this activity has been addressed to all locations and the change or release of the employee who took advantage of the customers at Wingstop. This is a crime!!! Further response to be given upon contact and communication.
