Wingstop complaint: Not getting everything I paid for on delivery

My complaint:

I placed an order online today (82921) for delivery. I had gone to the store in Seffner bc everything lately when I order from the Temple Terrace location either I do not get my whole order and the food is cold. I’ve called the store before and talked with the manager and they corrected the issue with saying for me to go and pick up the drink
If I wanted to drive and pick up my order tell me why would I have ordered for delivery.
This incident that happened today is the final straw. I yet again didn’t get whole order. I flagged the driver down and he stated that he had asked about a drink in which an employee stated I didn’t have a drink. This is a lie since I ordered a 10 piece combo with a 32 Oz. Not to mention the season fries are ice cold like they have been sitting out. I wouldn’t be so upset but when I called the store supposedly the manager (lady) stated that she could not find my ord er despite me spelling my name and even stated I have an order number. She stated that even with the order number she wouldn’t be able to find me.
This leads me to believe unfortunately that they may be pocketing people’s payments and getting rid of the order so there is no trace. I truly hate to say this.
I am beyond words and very upset
This store will not get my business any longer.

Suggested solution:

Honestly, I should have my money returned since the manger stated that they can not find the order I placed online nor can remember even making my order.
Plan and simple.
