My complaint:
Manager was very rude. I order my food at 12:20 it is now 1:00. The manager told me I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food in which I did. Then I was told by another worker that they didn’t have the wings that I ordered. I asked for a refund the manager began to raise her voice and argue back and forth with me. When I asked for a refund she walked to the back and refused to even acknowledge me. She completely ignored my complaint and refused to give me a copy of the receipt. Another employee was more helpful and made sure she refunded me and explained it would take 2 days. I will neveeeeer eat from here again! And I’m going to tell everyone
Suggested solution:
Better training. Teach managers to value customers and how to handle disputes. Better time management. Better staff
