My complaint:

On 920 at 1018pm, I placed an order online at Wingstop for the new 2 thighs, and the new thigh bite at 1058pm, my food was delivered after I go back upstairs getting ready to eat with my kids I took one bite off the thigh and constant threw up everywhere after I smelled the meat it was spoil and the bite thighs was hard, no company should run their business like that we all have hard times were some things we don’t feel like or want to do because we are tired, but that gives you no right to sell anyone spoils hard thigh bite. I love to eat from your guys but this right here is just unacceptable, I know before you cook anything if it spoils you will smell it, so how could a cook in a restaurant still cook the chicken while it’s spoil. No one should have to pay their money and get spoiled food just because you guys have any other issues going on, what if I had caught food poison or my kids because of you guys lack caring for your customers. What if it was you or your family who got sold some spoiled chicken how would you react to treat others like you would want to be treated. I’m just disappointed how you guys can sell someone some spoiled food without your knowledge of knowing it is spoiled. I pray and hope you guys get it together because no one should serve anyone nothing spoiled unacceptable hope, you guys have a good morning.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund and them to do better because if they don't care about their franchise or business no one else will so do what you have to do to keep your business going and not shut down for improper food health, etc
