My complaint:

On September 21 2023 time 10:55pm someone denied me my DoorDash order and he at home watching camera he called and told crew members not to served me my orders for my DoorDash account or they will be FIRED I’m deaf and hard of hearing I can’t hear through big thick glass.

ON AUG 15th I order my food and ***General Manager son at Wingstop has got my order wrong n I try to correct him that they had mess up my order and *** snatch the microphone from his son and boom the agurement started after that every since then he denied me my DoorDash food this how I pay my rent my bills and he stopping me from doing that by not giving me my order so this been going on for almost 2 months now I tryed contacting district manager but he/her never returned my calls.

I left voicemails due to them having friendship and aware of my situation which he/her choose to ignore my complaint i feel very cruel and discriminated behind how I’m being treated and been discriminated against me it have to stop I have bills to pay door dash is a job that help people pay theirs bills ects and kids to take care of and *** not tryna communicate I told *** I have a disability and that I’m deaf I can talk but I can’t not hear I talk through sign language and I read lips I would like for him to stop discriminating against me and give me all my orders for my DoorDash account thanks you for ur time

Suggested solution:

By telling him to give me all my orders or remove him the the store please
