My complaint:

I ordered wings and discovered that this location charged me twice. There was only two staff working yesterday June 10, 2022. I called for hours, nobody answered. I visited the store at 11:45 PM, door was locked, even though the store closes at Midnight. The man came to the door, I explained that I was charged twice, he rolled his eyes and refused to assist me. A female customerfriend came and he let her in while I stood outside.

He eventually let me in to talk to the female staff member. She proceeded to inform me that I needed to file a dispute with my bank, that she could do nothing for me. I asked her to check her records and she could see where I was double charged. She refused and was very rude to me. I asked her name and she said Brittany Spears, Beyonce and flipped me off as I got into my car. I felt discriminated against many levels and this behavior does not make your organization look good. Please also know that this location was filthy and I have been to many wing stops. Flies were flying everywhere including near the preparation of the food.

Suggested solution:

These two employees do not make Wingstop look so good. They do not deserve to work at your organization. You do not treat customers with such disrespect. If resolution is not to my satisfaction, I will take it further. I am extremely
upset with my encounter at this location.
