My complaint:

VISITED THIS LOCATION THRU THE DRIVE THRU ON 11-1 AROUND 7:30 PM, I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW TO PAY FOR THE ALMOST 30. ORDER AND WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE CUT A BAG OF CHICKEN RINGS OPEN WITH SCISSORS. SHE WAS NOT HOLDING THE BAG. SO, OF COURSE THEY SPILLED OUT ON THE COUNTER. THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO SCOOP THE CHICKEN RINGS BACK INTO THE BAG WITHOUT GLOVES ON. (NOT TO MENTION SHE HAD LONG NAILS) SHE THEN TURNED AROUND AND USED THE TONGS TO PUT THEM IN THE BASKET TO FRY. WHEN THE CASHIER CAME TO THE WINDOW, I MENTIONED THAT THE EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO WEAR GLOVES WHILE PREPARING FOOD. THE CASHIER TOLD HER THAT SHE NEEDS TO PUT GLOVES ON. THE EMPLOYEE PREPARING THE FOOD RESPONDED, COME ON BRO. SHE WALKED OVER TO THE FRIES AREA GRABBING FOOD CONTAINERS AND OPENING THEM WITH UNGLOVED HANDS (PUTTING HER NAILS AND FINGERS IN THE BAG TO OPEN IT) ALSO (TOUCHING HER CLOTHES WITH THE BAG TO ASSIST HER WITH OPENING THE BAG). I WATCHED HER THE WHOLE TIME, SHE ALSO SCRACTHED HER FACE. EVENTUALLY, SHE SNATCHED SOME GLOVES OUT OF THE BOX. THEN I WITNESSED HER TOUCHING HER CLOTHES AND HER FACE WITH THE GLOVES ON. AT THAT POINT, I ASKED IF SHE WAS PREPARING MY FOOD AND THE CASHIER RESPONDED YES. THEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND CANCELED MY ORDER. THE MANAGER ASKED WHY I WANTED TO CANCEL AND I TOLD HER EXACTLY WHAT IS WRITTEN HERE. SHE ASKED THE EMPLOYEE WAS SHE DOING SO AND THE EMPLOYEE LIED AND SAID I WASNT TOUCHING NO FOOD WITH MY HANDS. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. IT’S TOO MANY VIRUSES OUT HERE TO BE UNSANITIZED

Suggested solution:

SET RULES AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE FOLLOWED. MANAGERS SHOULD MAKE SURE THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEING SANITARY AT ALL TIMES.
