White Castle complaint: Food was cold and old

My complaint:

I was at White Castle last night at around 2:00am not sure the exact time. I waited in drive thru for about 35 minutes. I ordered double cheese burger meal with easy onions and a 5 piece cheesy ring. I specifically said please make my order fresh and I got my order and pulled off just a little bit and stop to check the order and the fries and burgers were cold. Looked back to pull back to window but the next car was already at the window and the line was wrapped around so I couldn’t get back in line.

I called later that day which is 9/17/23 to speak to a Manger to report my order, I told her I’m not sure where the receipt was I think I misplaced it, but I have my debut card receipt which has the same info on it as the receipt I missed place. She says she can only use the receipt. Now love been a store manager before and I know that if you can prove it, you can get your order back. I’m very disappointed with the service and the managers response.

Suggested solution:

They should just replace my food. If I spend my money and wait 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant, the food should be hot and fresh
