My complaint:

PAID $48.45 RIPPED OFF
Both my daughter (Age 15) and myself ended up with the worst food poisoning I have ever had. We ate nothing else on Wednesday except the food from this order. Our stomachs started hurting late in the evening and we both threw up all night long and on Thursday through the day, had diarrhea right along with it.
My daughter missed school on 10202022 and 10212022 from this and missed 2 tests. Not sure what was wrong with the food all I know is that we both ate the same meals everyday and felt fine until this was in our system. More than half of the burgers (16 Left) are still in the fridge in the case they came in. Horrible, horrible experience and on top of it all we paid $48.45 to get sick as a dog.
After all this, especially her missing school and testing I want our money back. Have burgers that are left (16 out of 30) and receipts from order, what do I need to do to be refunded? I don’t want this to be a process, I have enough to get done after being down for 2 days sick.
The pictures I am attaching are the receipts and burgers that are left. I wrote the date on a piece of paper in the pictures so you can see clearly when they were taken.
