Whataburger complaint: wrong order twice bad service

My complaint:

I ordered a picante burger toasted bun cut in half ,.with Coke no ice . And a picante spicy chicken toasted bun cut in half . With a coke easy on the ice , with ranch and.buffalo on the side charged..by the time the server came my husband and i decided to what a.size . When he brought my drinks and card i mentioned the sauces weren’t charged he went back ( didn’t bring my recept ) then came back to say there was no buffalo and gave two ranches .i told him never mind my husband doesn’t like ranch and left . Got to our hotel as were not from this town and realized the buns not toasted or cut in half . Fried in what size half full , cokes full of ice . And 60 cents for sauces we didn’t get ! Called manager and had me on hold for 20 min although our hotel was 3 min and specific. And they took our receipts and didn’t give them back. Very bad experience as.mew and so excited to taste Texas.

Suggested solution:

Charged the 60 cents if ssuces were available and given . Not kept recept gotten order right. And not kept on hold for 20 min when order was taken minutes prior
