My complaint:

Our order today was overlooked. I can understand slow service due to high customers content, but forgetting my order is a little more difficult to understand. People who came in after us were getting their food before us. Even worse I addressed an associate about my order without success, then had to address a second associate before our order had even gotten started. Customers clapped for us when we were finally served. As always, the food was delicious (my favorite food in town). Believing I had a responsibility to make the manager aware, thinking management needed to know in order head these problems at the pass, I talked to a manager about this explaining that experiences like this come into play when determining where we want to eat. I would have thought a good manager would appreciate the feedback, however in this case all I got was like It’s been a hectic two weeks, and I’m sorry. I would have expected a statement about how she would make certain this problem would be rectified would have been a better response. Whataburger is on my blacklist right now, however we plan to give it one more chance since I still have about $13.00 on my gift card.

Suggested solution:

An appropriate resolution to this would be for the regional manager to know this and make appropriate changes in our Brownwood, Texas store. I value this store and want it to go forward...not backward.
In the past this same store graciously gave us extra food for being what they considered slow...and we didn't even think they were slow.
