Whataburger complaint: Rude employees and managers, terrible customer service

My complaint:

I never go to this location although I live 3 minutes away because they are always so rude to customers. I figured I would give it another chance as I go here maybe twice a year hoping there’d be better management.
Well no, the service remains terrible. The employees are so rude to customers.
I called to order to ask if I could order through the phone because the whataburger app was not working. They answer the phone and I just hear a conversation between employees laughing. I’m on the phone for about 30 seconds just saying hello, hello to see if anybody would answer. They had me on speaker and they finally say “whataburger” I asked if I could order through the phone. The girl on the phone is again talking to an employee laughing and I again have to say “hello?” She sighs in annoyance and says “Ughhhh” as she picks up the phone rather than having me on speaker.
She says with an attitude, “Uh yeah but you have to come pay for it at the window”
I say “Ok but there’s not need to be so rude, and hang up.
I decided not to order from this horrible location and went to another.
I will have to keep complaining until something changes.

Suggested solution:

The service begins with management. They protect their employees because they are as rude. I think the one I was talking to was the manager. They all need to be wiped out and replaced with decent, civilized people that respect others.
I will keep complaining until I see a change.
It’s ridiculous that I have to drive 20 minutes to the whataburger that has good service and nice employees when this one is just around the corner from my house. Please do something drastic about this situation.
